My approach to projects involves a cycle of modeling, fabricating, and iterative testing. I believe that theoretical calculations are only the start of the design process.
When constraints are understood, the most efficient design path becomes clear.

I use CAD tools like SolidWorks to validate designs virtually before spending time in the workshop. This saves resources and allows for rapid prototyping.

THE CHALLENGE
EV battery systems require efficient heat dissipation to maintain performance. Standard methods often fall short in high-demand conditions, leading to potential thermal gradients.
The goal was to investigate how integrating materials like carbon nanotubes could enhance the thermal properties of paraffin wax-based Phase Change Materials.
THE METHOD
I fabricated a test rig using a copper coil heat exchanger and Arduino-based temperature sensors to monitor real-time behavior under controlled conditions.
By comparing pure versus composite PCM, I analyzed melting points and heat transfer efficiency to determine the best composition for thermal management.
